    I am missing all 10 keys for pre ordering and all 5 fan keys. I have played every forza game made and same account. I have been looped around the phone and chats for hours with no result. It is acting like I did not buy it as it takes me to buy it when
    I click the link. Microsoft has verified my purchase already multiple times.

    10 plays for preordering FM7 not showing

    I am not getting the 10 virtual keys for preordering Forza Motorsport 7 for the Forza Motorsport 7 Virtual Key Instant Win & Sweepstakes. Everything else works. I got my five keys for being a fan but not the 10 keys. It's been more than 96 hours, as well.
    As you can see there is no check Mark for this. I have a check Mark for being a fan and receiving my 5 keys. I have included 2 screenshots. One showing no check Mark for the 10 keys and one showing my email confirmation for preordering Forza Motorsport 7.

    I have not received 10 virtual keys for pre-ordering Forza 7

    I have not received the 10 virtual keys for pre-ordering Forza 7 for the Forza 7 mission and was told to post here.
