Not rewarded for April purchases v ia xbox live rewards

hi I spent around 128 on games in april and did not receive rewards aside from my survey reward. Can I please be advised what I'm missing? Thank you

No 'Xbox LIVE Rewards' reward

Thanks. I received the 20 points from Aprils survey and I renewed the subscription in April also.

You did not take the April survey. The most recent survey data we see for your account is the May survey on the 1st of that month, and the February survey on the 8th of that month.

Since you did not do the April survey, you did not get any Credits. You did the May survey. Please note that as stated in the FAQ, this program operates on the UTC time zone.

i have on my rewards program 70 points pending.. from 3 surveys and a 1 month live..i completed 2 ADDITIONAL surveys as a gold member no points added to pending, i added 3 monthes of live .. again ..you guessed it still the same old points pending...
march/april i lost count mate at the points i spent.... MASSIVE
