    Missing Multiplayer Privileges


    Hello,

    For around the past week, I've completely lost the ability to play multiplayer. Outside of a few times I somehow was actually able to slip into a Multiplayer match. My subscription to "Game Pass Ultimate" is current, and I do have the ability to play "Game
    Pass" games with no issue. Only the Multiplayer aspect of the games are limited.

    I've tried the obvious methods to try to fix the issue such as restarting my Xbox, updating my account and resetting it, and testing/checking my internet status. I've also tried an alternate mac address as a last ditch effort.

    Since the Xbox support team is limited due to the recent pandemic, and unable to help me at this time. I was hoping someone would be kind enough to give me any tips and tricks to try to gain access to multiplayer. But my assumption is that this is an account
    issue.

    I am getting the same issue. Memberships are all active. I tried signing in and signing out, resetting console, and nada. Anyone have any tips?

    I am having the same problem. I just signed up for a 14-day free trial. It shows in the store as expiring on 12/1. I called support and he said he could see the code had been redeemed but not applied to my account. He couldn't fix it and finally said he
    sent me a 1 month code to my email that I haven't gotten, yet. I spent an hour on the phone.

    If your having the problem you have to go into settings, go to Online safety & family, type in password or passkey (if you have one) then form there you go to privacy & online safety, Xbox live privacy, and put it on Adult. Hopefully this helps you and
    you can go back to gaming.
