    My character has lost over 200k in last couple of days. Iv not bought anything other than weapons and ammo every now and then. it was all banked cash, I just banked nearly 9000. died and my bank is now empty. whats going on.?????

    Missing money.

    There was supposed to be $5.80 deposited into my account to replace my removed points. It isn't there, and never was. I need this corrected.

    PS- spending over and hour on chat support and then having to make a forum post (and wait three days!) to get the (Microsofts's) mistake corrected is probably the WORST so-called support I have recently experienced. Thanks for helping drive my next purchasing

    My first guess would be that you had a past due game pass payment. You should look at your purchase history at account.Xbox.com. No one here has the ability to look at your account or handle anything having to do with money, you’ll need to open up a ticket at support.Xbox.com

    If you purchased 4x$15 gift cards, in your order history appears 4 redemptions?
    (Change x4 and $15 for the quantity and value that you purchased)
