    I have recently won 500 microsoft account dollars and i spent about 100 and when I checked my balance today it was all missing. I looked at my order history and nothing has been ordered. Please help.

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your missing Microsoft balance.

    Kindly confirm just in case you do have other recent purchases that might have spent your Microsoft credits by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you redeemed your last gift card and check if there were recent transactions.

    Also, make sure that you are using the correct Microsoft account where you have your Microsoft balance as well as had purchased the digital movie from there.

    If there are no transactions that could have used your remaining 83.68 balance, I highly recommend you reach out to Microsoft Xbox Support for further assistance as they have the tools and resources to properly investigate your account transaction thoroughly:
