Kindly confirm just in case you do have other recent purchases that might have spent your Microsoft credits by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you redeemed your last gift card and check if there were recent transactions.

Also, make sure that you are using the correct Microsoft account where you have your Microsoft balance as well as had purchased the digital movie from there.
