    Missing money from account when i didnt buy anything


    I logged into my account this morning to my surprise I was missing 10 dollars from my account when I know I didn't buy anything and I checked my order logs and I didn't. Cause last week I had ten dollars and change but today it was only 37 cents. So I hopefully
    something can be done

    I didnt buy anything.

    I looked on my bank statement and it says i have a purchase pending from xbox for 49.99.

    i dont know what it is. could someone reverse this and tell me what it was?

    Try checking https://billing.microsoft.com to see if it shows the charge on there. As far as getting it reversed, you'll have to call support about that.

    You can check your transactions at http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if it shows any purchases that it may have been used on or if anything expired. Otherwise, you'll want to contact support and speak to billing.

    I redeemed a 40$ Xbox gift card it said it redeemed so I went to buy a game and I said I had no money so I went to redeem it again and I said it had been redeemed I just got robbed of 40$ help.

    The card worked it just didnt put the money on my account i clicked confirm and it said succes but when i went to buy a game it didnt let me and said i had no money

    Definitely the right account and no email when I went to buy the game it came up there was a problem so didnt get the game but they still took the money out my account
