Missing mixpot skin

i watched the whole stream on mixer on 7/21 and 7/22 and still have not gotten my skin

If you think you're supposed to have it by now, much like the previous posted said you should get a notification but just in case you can always go to Manage Game and see if it's there to be downloaded.

Hi, Mixer Mixpot rewards are usually put straight onto the account if you have done everything you are asked to do to get the reward. You will also get a notification when the reward has been given to you.

Hi, for this issue, if Xbox Support can't be of direct assistance, you may want to post in the "Sales and Promotions" section of this forum so that the right support people see the post (note that you've currently posted in the "Games and Apps" section).

One note- a requirement for getting this reward was to have your Mixer account linked to your Microsoft account- hopefully you linked the two prior to watching the stream, or else you wouldn't have been eligible to receive the reward.
