Missing mixpot rewards

    Missing mixpot rewards


    I watched the E3 conference on mixer and haven’t received the rewards yet. I’m guessing something went wrong because I just got one of the rewards for watching Inside Xbox. Please let me know how I can get my proper rewards.

    Missing mixpot rewards

    I watched both the conference and inside xbox and didn't get any of the rewards, don't even know how i should get them?

    They may still be rolling these rewards out, Mine arrived yesterday but over a period of 8 hours, with each bit of content arriving about every two hours. The Mixpot FAQ did say it may be up to a week for them to be seen on your account.

    Remember they may also be limited to 1 Million viewers but if you have the other bits you should be qualified. Some content may only appear in game, ie the Halo Helmet you need to look in game in Halo 5 in your Req's to claim it, again mine appeared last
    night.

    There is no easy way to know if you have or have not qualified, however as i said they may still be rolling these rewards out, The Mixpot FAQ said it could be up to a week for them to appear on your system/download queue. The FAQ is here-

    In game content may only appear in game, ie the Halo Helmet you need to look in game in Halo 5 in your Req's to claim it, again mine appeared last night.
