    Missing Mixpot Code and still the Black Dog


    I still haven't received my Black Dog skins, I have the code and it says this code has already been redeemed. It's been 3-4 days since and I have no idea what's going on. I also was suppose to obtain a Flintlock skin from the mixpot stream,
    I have linked my accounts to the mixpot and still haven't gotten anything. I'm not sure if I should wait longer or if it was an error in the system?

    To clarify, the Anubis skin was also part of the MixPot reward, along with the Ebon Flintlock pistol. The Black Dog pack codes were for preordering the game, and are still being sent out. There's more information on additional content
    and how to access it on
    this Sea of Thieves support page    .

    Lost my black dog hook and I still don't have my Ebon pistol

    I need help with the Sea of Thieves game, I still havent received the Ebon Pistol and now the hook from the black dog pack is missing. :\

    They told me to reach out to you because I did preorder the game but it went to the wrong account and I can't get it to go on this one which is the one I actually play on.

    Hi, thanks for getting back to me so fast. It looks like there was a mistake with the code. Instead of the Black Dog pack one I got a skin for a different game SMITE. It says Anubis Stargazer skin. I didn't redeem it since I don't have that game so if you
    need the code still to swap it for the SoT one it should be available.

    To check, when you view your
    Order History     while signed into your account, if you see the Ebon Flintlock pistol and Black Dog Pack, that means that they have applied to your account.

    The Sea of Thieves team has included an issue with some players not being able to see their downloadable content in game via the

    Patch Notes- 1.0.2     released this week. This issue is being looked into and they did include a potential workaround.

    In the meantime, please keep an eye out for updates via the
    Sea of Thieves Twitter     or via the
    official Sea of Thieves site    . We appreciate your patience with this.
