Missing Mixpot as well...

Hi Support. I wanted you to double check my gamer tag as I didn't get Mixpot for SoT. Used the same account and PC and did receive a Mixpot previously without issue. Just not this last time.

Sea of Thieves Ebony Flintlock is still missing

Hey everyone,

As mentioned on our
Xbox MixPot FAQ, inquires into missing content must be initiated within 2 weeks of the Live streaming event in order to be investigated. Since that time as elapsed, we're unfortunately unable to assist further.

Never received MixPot/Flintlock Skin (Sea of thieves)

We're afraid that code send-outs for that MixPot are no longer occurring at this time. As called out on our

MixPot FAQ page, "Inquiries into missing content must be initiated within two weeks of the Live streaming even in order to be investigated."

However, at this time, all users who watched the Inside Xbox stream live with a Microsoft Account linked to their Mixer account should now have the Flintlock Pistol skin & Stargazer Anubis skin unlocked. We're afraid no further code send-outs for this MixPot

Reminder to the staff: My problem is still unsolved (TGA 2017 MixPot missing).

They may still be rolling these rewards out, Mine arrived Thursday last week, but over a period of 8 hours for the SUNDAY Show, and the Monday inside Xbox content appeared Friday at 2AM (I'm GMT). The Mixpot FAQ did say it may be up to a week for them
to be seen on your account.

https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/game-setup/Xbox-MixPot-FAQ but only Microsoft Support staff (not us community ambassadors) can check if you should get the content. Its possible while your accounts were linked you were not signed in, or you were no
on the first million, and I think you had to watch live not a VOD as they did last year. Also remember some content may only appear in game, ie the Halo Helmet you need to look in game in Halo 5 in your Req's to claim it, again mine appeared Thursday..

We were able to determine that you have received the MixPot Rewards that you did not already own. This content is automatically applied to the account you watched TGA with, and some
of the content is fully unlocked within its respective game. Check your Microsoft Commerce page for the following content:

Ebon Flintlock

Anubis Skin and Voice pack

Let us know if you are able to find that content!

Hello, I also have yet to receive my mixpot. I checked my purchase history, and neither of those items are present. I also watched the second stream. (My accounts are linked and I was signed on.)

Missing Mixpot as well...
