Missing Mixer Reward- Ebon Flintlock Sea of Thieves

I tuned into the Inside Xbox stream on 16/4/19 with a Mixer account linked with my Microsoft Account/ Xbox Gamertag (as did two of my housemates). They have both received their Ebon Flintlocks in game,
but I haven't yet.

I did get an xbox notification from Mixer stating that I had qualified to receive an in game Sea of Thieves reward, but the item still isn't appearing either in my weapons cabinet, nor for purchase at
the Weaponsmith stores.

As it has now been the week that Mixer gives for the items to appear in-game, I thought it best to put a support request in to yourselves.

I have also put a support request through the official Sea of Thieves support site with Rare.

If you go to
account.microsoft.com , do you see the Ebon Flintlock under your Order History? Both the flintlock and the Rage 2 avatar gear should show under the order history if you qualified for the mixpot reward. No redemption codes were given this time, instead,
they were automatically added to Microsoft accounts signed into the stream. So check there and let us know what you see (or don't see)!

if you already got the notification, you'll just have to wait for an xbox live message with it.

I’ve got no message so far, but neither do either of my housemates who both have the weapon in game

My order history isnt showign either of the items annoyingly. I definitely had the stream on through my linked Mixer account, just like my two housemates on their phones.

Heya!

You should see that content appear in your
commerce page and your vanity chest, clothing chest, equipment chest, and armory in-game.

Keep in mind that at this time the Sea of Thieves devs have promotional content turned off and it may not appear in-game until the issue with that content is fixed.
