Missing Minecoins

Hello,

I am missing some minecoins. On 7/29/18 I noticed there was a sale and I wanted to purchase a couple of skin packs, texture packs & worlds. I had no coins available.

On 7/30/18...

I started out with a 0 minecoin balance. I "purchased" the "Beach Party Skin Pack" for 0 minecoins (it was free). I then purchased 320 minecoins. I purchased the "Plastic Texture Pack" for 245 minecoins. I had 75 minecoins remaining.

On 7/31/18...

I was interested on purchasing a few more items, but I only had 75 minecoins. So, I purchased 1020 minecoins. I then had a total of 1095 minecoins. I purchased "Sacred Falls World" for 245 minecoins, the "Cartoon Texture Pack" for 245 minecoins and the
"Natural Texture Pack" for 245 minecoins. I then noticed that I only had 115 minecoins left. That math didn't seem right, so I did the calculation.

The Math...

On 7/30/18: 0+320= 320, 320-245= 75

On 7/31/18: 75+1020= 1095, 1095-245 (SFW)= 850, 850-245 (CTP)= 605, 605-245 (NTP)= 360 (supposed to be the remaining balance)

The balance shows 115 minecoins. I am missing 245 minecoins. I do not know where they went. I checked my inventory and I do not see anything extra that I may have purchased by accident. I checked through each item to see if there was a time of purchase
stamp. The items in my inventory do not show when they were purchased (That may be a helpful idea ;-) ).

Please help me find my missing minecoins. There was a few more things that I was looking to purchase during the sale. Unfortunatly, by the time you respond the sale will be over. I am confident you will be able to figure this out & make it right. Attached

I have reached out to Mojang, who referred me to Microsoft, who referred me to the Minecraft Forum, who referred me back to Microsoft &/or Mojang. Please help me resolve this...

minecoins robbing?

I bought minecoins and the world life in the city, I went to play watch dogs 2, I went back to the minecraft and there were no minecoins and the world, what do I do?

Mojang should be able to assist you with this issue.

I am running into the same issue with missing minecoins from the starter pack as well. The only reason the starter pack was purchased was to get a few minecoins to start and they do not show up in the account. The same steps that lindros2 has followed
have been attempted as well with no luck.

In many cases, the issue is when parents purchase these items or redeemed a gift card on their own Microsoft account, not knowing that they cannot be transferred to a child’s account later.

In order to track down your purchase, please make sure that you are logged in to the Microsoft account on which you purchased the item or redeemed the card.

If you find that you have redeemed a prepaid card or purchased on the wrong account, you will need to contact our Xbox support team here.

This is from mojang website. This is what i deal with because the gift option was not available to me.

I contacted them but got no answer so far, nor i expect one since i read this. But how can i get help from ms, since the automated option is down and i don’t see any direct help option on the website? Thanks!!
