Sorry, this didnt help, right when i updated my nintendo switch and logged into my minecraft account all my skin packs and minecoins were gone i think the update did something and glitched my minecraft log in, other people have had this happen too!

So this expert is taken directly from the
Nintendo website for Minecraft "After June 21st, 2018, "Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition" (2017) will no longer be available for purchase from the Nintendo eShop. Existing owners can continue to play. *Existing owners will be able to re-download this
version if needed."

This means that if you did not own the title, then you would be unable to download the game to use the corresponding DLC.

Minecraft is the new version of the title and you can purchase Minecoins in Nintendo eShop. Minecoins let you buy content in our in-game store, safely and securely. Minecoins are kept in your virtual wallet and can be used in Minecraft on other devices
if you have a Microsoft Account.

Since there is not much we can do from our end since you purchased this on a different platform, I would have to refer you over to their

customer support so that they can further assist you with this.
