    Missing Microsoft Store Pre-order Credits


    I pre-ordered Final Fantasy XV from the Microsoft store and even after the 15 days, I still don't have my reward credits. It was a physical copy. Xbox support redirected me here.

    You will need to contact the Microsoft Store about the missing pre-order bonus. Like any other retailer, the Microsoft Store handles its own pre-order concerns.

    When will Microsoft charge my creditcard if i order the Xbox One on Xbox Live?

    This is what is posted on the Microsoft Store website for Pre-Order/ reserving an Xbox One:

    Main line for you answer in the content provided below is, " A credit card is required for pre-order, but you will not be charged until your order is shipped."

    If i pre order the UE version of gears 5 with game pass, and i decide to buy the actual game later on, do i have to buy the ultimate edition or could i still get the standard one? - thanks

    I did not pre order using my credit, but i installed gears 5 ultimate edition in the microsoft store, how do i cancel that as in the store it does not show that the pre ordered gears 5 ultimate edition

    Preorder help!

    Xbox Store and Microsoft Store operate independently of each other, so no preloading from ordering off of the Microsoft Store.

    Really seems like a missed opportunity offering pre-loading could be a lure to get people to order from MS instead of some other store.
