Missing Microsoft Rewards Points Console Upgrade/Xbox store purchases

Hi,

I haven't recieved my upgrade credits for my Xbox One S upgrade purchased from the microsoft store.

Also missing rewards credits for the following purchases.

Order : 2df799fb-713b-4896-9950-5a1f7ad81841

Order: 7039c1b0-5082-4f54-8a19-ad51983cd641

Order: 09b1a394-34f3-4ded-9a9a-916601bfae28

I can also provide the SN's from the Old and New Xbox One. However the new console was purchased directly from microsoft. as per this link

Expidited Delivery Code invalid

Trying to use the Xbox Rewards code for expedited delivery here Xbox Live Rewards and the Microsoft Store says it's invalid.

Am I missing something?

50,000 reward points for purchasing a Xbox One S from the Microsoft Store has not been applied

Hi, the promotion page seen here - Xbox Live Rewards

says that with a purchase of an Xbox One S from the Microsoft Store rewards you with 50,000 reward points. I made my purchase today and was wondering when the points will be applied to my account?

We do not see a console purchase for your account. Only purchases from MicrosoftStore.com are eligible for this offer. If you purchased from a physical retail store, we do not receive that purchase information, so we would not be able to Reward that purchase.
Regarding your Credits, since you are a zero star MyVIP member, you do not get payback Credits for your non-offer purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

I use Microsoft rewards and I redeem 6k points and I redeem it for robux in the xbox store and I thought it was going to give me code but it didn't

Points purchased from Microsoft must be redeemed on an Xbox console.

The Xbox Rewards program has never had any offers for purchasing or upgrading to a One X.

If you go on to the Microsoft Rewards App itself it says 'Upgrade to the Xbox One X for 50000 points'

Make sure you have made your purchases on the online Microsoft Store.

You must be also be signed in with your email address associated with your Microsoft Rewards account.

Points are awarded within 72 hours of a digital store purchase completion or shipment, or within 14 days of purchase at a retail Microsoft Store or shipment from the online Microsoft Store.

Certain items do not qualify, such as the purchase of in-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like Xbox Game Pass or EA Access, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase of Xbox gift cards.

Hi CousCous. Thanks for reaching out. Did you purchase from microsoftstore.com or at a retail store? We do not see a console purchase linked to your Microsoft account from microsoftstore.com.

I purchased from a Microsoft Retail Store, they said I would qualify for the rewards point through there as well.
