    Missing "Messages from Xbox Live"


    When they redid the Guide they removed messages from Xbox Live for the regular chat menu and gave it it's one option on the Parties & Chats tab. This was all good until I got a pop up today saying I have a message from Xbox Live and after I finished watching what I was watching I went over to Parties & Chats only to find Xbox Messages is no longer there. Nor are the back within regular Chats either. I have no idea how to find them.

    I had to go to Chats via the app on my phone in order to view it because it is just absent from the console now.

    Hi there,

    When you look on you Xbox One console under Communication, you are looking at the last section "Messages from Xbox Live" correct? I know I've missed seeing messages in that section thinking it would be in the New Conversations area.

    Thank you, Miss Portia. I had been having the same issues, and I use Xbox.com often for messaging. My message was from XBox LIve in regards to a recent dlc error credit, but the end result was the same. Once I deleted said message from my console I was able
    to see/send messages from Xbox.com again. Appreciate it.

    Check your messages on Xbox. You may have missed it. It'll say Xbox Live Messages or something to that effect. They're at the bottom of the list.
