Missing message with Code

I had a message with a code for a game. I know I havent used the code yet, but I no longer have the message anymore. Is there a way to get the message back?

I got a message on xbox live last year with Gears of Wars 1.2.3 and judgment codes, I typed the codes today and the message went missing, I just used one of the codes

I have the same problem, my messages have been wiped clean, I had the code sent for halo reach for the mess up with the master chief collection game, finally went to retrieve the code as I have been on destiny ranking up and low and behold my messages are
gone from my inbox..

I missed the Limbo message before the message expired as well.

I also missed redeeming the free 1 month code for early adopting the Master Chief Collection before the message expired.

Can you help Miss Diggz? Or is there anything I can do?
