    Good Afternoon,

    I am missing my Mercenary Outfit & Item Pack code. I purchased a 3 month Xbox Live subscription code on March 26th 2018 around 3:40pm PST. I have not received my Mercenary Outfit & Item Pack code from that purchase which should have been included with

    Hey TacticalElf02 you should have a ticket support number referencing the support conversation you had with the agent. Please contact them back and use that support number to confirm with them that you should have received the code.

    Another thing to make sure you check is the email account associated with your xbox account, many codes are sent via email to your microsoft account email. check your junk folder as well.

    Also your xbox could have messages sent to you with the code as well, they will be under Xbox messages in your message window pane, I just want to make sure you have not by accident missed it!

    the box says it contains the Versus DLC, Lost in Nightmares, Desperate Escape, The Mercenaries Reunion, Extra Figures (Which is free to download now anyway, not sure if it always was) and 4 New Costumes from Costume Pack 1 and Costume Pack 2.
