Missing Mercenary Outfit & Item Pack code

Good Afternoon,

I am missing my Mercenary Outfit & Item Pack code. I purchased a 3 month Xbox Live subscription code on March 26th 2018 around 3:40pm PST. I have not received my Mercenary Outfit & Item Pack code from that purchase which should have been included with
the purchase.

Mercenary pack codes not recieved from my promo

HI I am missing my sea of thieves mercenary pack. I have an email from xbox saying I am due this item .. They have asked I make this post along with the reference number 1428394603 Please can you issue me my content

I am not on the phone with a second support specialist. I am being told that since I purchased this subscription promotion using my email and credit card, I will not be receiving the second code for the mercenary pack. This was not specified at the time
of purchase and I do not find acceptable. There is no way I would have purchased another 3 month subscription code, being a member since the beta and nearly always purchasing my subscription one year at a time, instead of purchasing the much cheaper yearly
method if I was not going to receive the content code for the Mercenary Outfit & Item Pack code. I also did not receive any communication and now I am being told there will be no way for me to get the promo content because it is no longer purchasable. At
this point the phone support is trying to issue a refund of the purchase, however this completely takes away my ability to mitigate a resolution to receive the code I should have received.

I have been a very loyal customer since day one of XBOX release. I own at least 5 or more consoles from each generation. I am extremely dissatisfied by this outcome and resolution.

As a point of clarification, I purchased a second promotion in order to apply to my wife's account (gamertag: Mouth2000). If I would have known that I needed to make the purchase from her account, I would have waited and made the purchase from her account
when I got home. However there was no clarification in the promotion that it could only be received once per email, and again, I am now outside of the timeframe in which I can make a new purchase and receive the code on her account.

When did you pre order it? For those Pre ordered after the 16th of January will have a code sent to their Xbox account starting tomorrow.

After mucking about a bit i got it to work. What seems to be wrong is you cant have any more than 4 downloads for the game, If you have more it wont work. I had 6. so i had to delete 2 of them. (classic pack , tribal pack , mercenary pack ,caravan pack ,
dead money and of course Honest Hearts). I wiped caravan pack and mercenary pack and it seems to work fine now. I hope this is fixed soon i liked those items i had in those packs.
