    I have written a couple tickets requesting information on how to receive my Mars pack. I spent $100 for this game the least you could do is give me the Mars pack. The only answer I seem to get from customer service is asking me if I have installed the items, when I reply asking how do I check and do that I get no response. I'm tired of trying to get a simple answer or decent help, either put some effort into your customer service or fix the problem

    Thank you, I did for the mining outfit & it is not showing up with my original suit or any other. It's flat out missing.

    Try reading the question before answering.

    The op has clearly stated they've already contacted customer support already.

    You need to go to a Spacesuit upgrade station to apply the Mars pack cosmetics.

    Still not wanting to resolve my issue... Complete waste of time & energy. Who ever reads this take note Microsoft/XBox/Bethesda will not my issue after dropping $100 on a game & the xtras where never received. Beware!!!
