MIssing Marketplace Minecraft coins -help!

Hi there

I just bought some MInecraft coins for my son who is very bored because of the pandemic.

I bought them on my microsoft hotmail account on Amazon. They didn´t turn up in his Minecraft. I think his minecraft must have been bought on his fathers microsoft hotmail account. How do I transfer the coins from my account to my husbands? I cannot get
in touch with XBOx no matter what I try.

Thanks for your answer - currently these instructions don´t work though as the system doesn´t give me an option to request a call or complete a form. Must be too much demand as Choppyseize says.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have question on a purchase. The reason why they are not showing on your sons account, is they are tied to your account. We recommend getting a refund for the purchase then make the purchase on your sons
account.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Please be sure to try the website request refund first, as agents will direct you there anyway. Also you are able to reply to the emails that you will receive from doing the online request directly.

Hello

Unfortunately you can't transfer coins or game content between accounts. Your son will have to make the purchase using his account. You can request a refund but the process is delayed due to the pandemic.
