    Missing March Xbox Rewards


    Hi,

    I purchased Mass Effect Andromeda before the cutoff of the march pre-order rewards and have not received the credits yet. Is it something that will appear later in the month, or will come with time?

    March rewards missing

    I am missing pending rewards from March, I know I purchased plenty of stuff and should have some.

    Rewards issues

    Feb. 2017 there was an email that i got about spending $175 and it would add an extra star, i spent over $200, and when i got my rewards in March it said i got nothing for February. (Update) I got $18 for march but I'm still missing February and it was
    suppose to make it 5 stars, and that would make it still missing rewards for march... I would to get this solved.

    Is that the only game you preordered? in order to complete the offer you needed to preorder 3 games.

    Our Games on Demand offers all require the purchase of three eligible titles to complete. Since you only purchased one title, you only received one out of three punches, and did not complete the offer.

    March rewards missing

    While reviewing your purchases, we see that you were not properly awarded completion of FREE pass in March from FREEdom Rewards. Apologies for the inconvenience. We will adjust your account for that offer, and you should see that pending by the end of next
    week. However, in regards to your other purchases, keep in mind that as stated From our FAQ:





    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We only recently calculated the month's MyVIP, so those Credits are only pending now.

    I spent more that E28 in march and did three purchases on three different free games. I missed those by the incorrect punch. I received the 5 hour gameplay rewards, on the 31st of march while the last game was not even punched.
