Missing map pack. Listed, not listed

Downloaded DLC map pack Nemesis, but when I go to 'find match' It list Standard, Hardcore, Clan vs clan, and nemesis right! all is good until I come back at a later time to play the game and Nemesis is missing from the list. I back out to main menu and come
back to 'find match' and it sometimes its listed, and other times it missing, and having a hell of a time trying to get it back listed. I restarted the console to no avail, and then another time BOOM it's listed. I'll tell you this! The games plays just find
listed or not listed, like it never existed. But I paid for it and I like it to be listed. Anyone know whats happening?

I'm not an Elite member. And I already checked for the map pack on that site and its not listed in my purchase history. It listed in my download history on my console.

 

Halo Reach Legendary Edition stuff

The Legendary content was listed as a separate content item that you can download by going into the Halo Reach area of the store and viewing the additional items like the Anniversary Map Pack, Defiant Map Pack, etc.

Have you tried deleting it from your hard drive then re-downloading it?

Most of the time this helps solve problems with temperamental Downloaded content.
