missing launcher_profiles,json for .minecraft in %appdata%

Discus and support missing launcher_profiles,json for .minecraft in %appdata% in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; Minecraft launcher wouldn't open so i watched a tutorial saying to delete launcher_profiles.json so i did and that didn't work so I tried to reinstall...     Minecraft launcher wouldn't open so i watched a tutorial saying to delete launcher_profiles.json so i did and that didn't work so I tried to reinstall the launcher but now I'm missing that folder please help

    Check out this thread and see if the solution helps your issue: Invalid JSON string for xbox app - Microsoft Community

    Essentially, there are two directories in "%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\TokenBroker", Accounts and Cache. Each folder has one file in it. Delete them both, and try to log in to the xbox app again.

    1. Click the start button and search %appdata%.
    2. Find and enter the .minecraft folder.
    3. Find the saves folder and right-click it, there should be an option called restore previous versions.
