    Missing Keys in Microsoft Bingo


    I was playing Microsoft Bingo and I completed the 5 power bingos needed to receive the keys. However, I did not receive the 15 keys that were to be given. Is there any way that the keys can be credited to my account?

    Microsoft Bingo No Rewards Awarded for Community Reaching Goal

    To whom this may concern:

    I had reached the 5 Power Bingo status for 15 Key Award in Mexico GamePlay to be awarded 15 keys when the community reached it's goal. The community reached it's goal today and the 15 keys were not awarded to my Bingo Account. My key level is at 0. Please
    fix this issue and award the missing keys.

    key rewards for communinty bingo!!!

    hi have missed out on 40 keys in one room and now 5 keys in another don't get the reward after the amount of bingos have been won!!! please resolve

    New Bingo Layout

    I am having the same problems. I will make a bingo and not get any luggage to open. I also miss not being able to track how many keys I have earned by making power bingos. It makes the games much less enjoyable.

    Thank you for reaching out to us on this. Do you see the keys show up if you sign out of your account then sign back into it? Let's also try resetting the app with the steps here:

    Settings>System>Apps& Features>Microsoft Bingo>Advanced Options>Reset.

    After trying that please let us know if the keys show up for you or you are able to earn new keys.

    Still don't get any community bingo credit after a power bingo so I can't earn keys.

    Hello Sandflea,

    Did you check in your gift section for the Keys? That's where you should find them.

    You can call bingos as rows horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Corner bingos are also valid.
