    Missing key reward.


    I did not receive my 100 keys reward when the community goal was reached in the Germany game. Why is this and how do I claim these keys???

    Maybe the OP is missing their period key. Somehow, my work laptop is missing the stop key for playing videos.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently investigating with another team reports of users not seeing keys being awarded for their purchase. Once we know more, we'll update this thread!

    Regarding your Credits, from the FAQ:

    When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?

    Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

    Since the offer is not yet over, it is too early to see your Credits.
