    Missing January Xbox Rewards


    This is the second time I’ve had to make a post about a missing Live reward.

    I received my January Game Pass reward, but not my general Xbox Live Reward which I am 100% positive I earned, and after waiting a month I am posting here, Despite the lack of award that I know I earned, I’m sure at this point I also lost my eligibility
    for the sweepstakes that I should have been eligible for; considering I potentially (though unlikely) could have won, this is rather messed up.

    Never received January 2018 Xbox Quest reward.

    I'm missing my reward from January too. I only received my reward from the Game Pass Quest from January.
