Missing items that were purchased while my account was a child account.

I finally removed myself from my Microsoft family and made my account no longer a child account, as it was supposed to happen three years ago and never did, and I am now missing nine dlc purchases for the Sims 4. Which is exactly why I didn't want to switch my account as there was nothing on Microsoft to indicate if this would or wouldn't happen.

These dlc items don't show up in the manage game and add ons section for the Sims or as owned in the game. I have not yet confirmed if they are on the account that was serving as a parent account but that wouldn't help me anyway as I would have no access to those on my account.

The most confusing part of this is that all of the purchases, those that are showing up as owned and those that aren't, we're all purchased while the account was a child account and while that account was signed in so they should all be showing up.

Sorry but that didn't help, I purchased this on the same microsoft account but my fortnite account got reset while the items were on it

Hey there Sharp! Did you try Miss Ermine's suggestion of trying to buy the avatar items via the webstie while logged into the child account? Let us know how that worked for you! ^_^

Ok reading all of these questions. First VBucks is not DLC. They are just ingame money to purchase items. As far as child account do you have the child under a family account. If child request a purchase an email is sent to parent account asking for purchase
permission. Thats how I have it for my son under family account. He cant purchase anything without me giving the ok through the family account.

You are able to purchase paid content through both adult and child accounts. On a child account you would be able to purchase paid items if you are given permission to purchase items on the account, if this permission is not given through the child accounts
privacy & online safety settings then you would not be allowed to purchase.
