Missing items from download history

This problem actually first appeared a few months back, but I never really tried fixing it until now. I was unfortunate enough to have my power go off when my game was saving. And even worse, that one game somehow caused my entire hard drive data to go corrupt.
I had to reformat my hard drive, and redownload several items by finding them in the marketplace and just downloading it form there, seeing as they were free (since I'd already bought them).

However, one of the things I lost in the process was my Battlefield 3 premium. The problem is, I can't find it in my download history- this alongside several other titles that I'm not interested in anymore. I have reset cache multiple times. I have signed
in and out, redownloaded profiles, none of that works.

My download history in general only has around a dozen items. It's obviously missing several dozen more as throughout my years on Xbox I've boughten several games and addons.

I want my premium back, but as I can't find it in my download history I don't know what to do. Everytime I try to get it back it shamelessly asks me for another $50.

If it makes a difference, I got it via a code that came with my premium edition. How do I get back my download history? I no longer have the redeem code as I thought I'd have no use for it as I already used it. I've tried contacting EA about this, but their
support isn't very effective as they literally didn't do anything about it. I'm frustrated about this and any help would be appreciated.

If it helps, you can check my achievements for Battlefield 3. I have several ones that are linked towards DLC, that obviously can't be achieved if you don't have all the downloadable content.

Missing unlocked avatar items

You might want to check your download history. Hopefully you can redownload your missing items.

 

Missing avatar

download the avatar items on your xbox from your recent downloads history, then remake your avatar with the items on.

 

Here's the list, at least one for each DLC:

• Jaws, 10G (DLC 1)
• Man of Calibre, 20G (DLC 2)
• Superiority, 10G; Death from Above, 20G; Offroad, 20G, Dropship, 30G (DLC 3)
  
• Handyman, 20G; Home made Javelin, 20G (DLC 4)
• It's no sidecar, 30G; Capture The Flag, 20G (DLC 5)

I hope I have enough info to convince you I'm telling the truth.

 

sorry if it is not in your download history then it was redeemed on another account, nothing is removed from your history unless it is something that is no longer on the marketplace etc.

For Computer (Xbox LIVE Account Download History):
live.xbox.com/.../history

 

You can check the purchase history of your account at commerce.microsoft.com. If it is not listed there then you definitely did not add the code on the account that you are posting with. You would need to check other accounts for it/

 

Checking commerce.microsoft.com, I was able to find all of my downloads, including Premium.

dlc missing on new xbox 360-commando dom etc

 

dom dlc not on my new 360-its on my old console.

 

How can you find all your downloaded stuff that was free. I noticed on my transactions list is doesn't show anything that was free and I have a a lot of it the past 2 years but I have no idea what it is. I wanted to write it down so I know what I have to
go back and redownload at a later time for something else to play.

Any thoughts??

I downloaded games from the free games provided from xbox live and I am missing some of them.

I rly enjoyed one and wanted to add it to my other xbox and I cant find it anywhere. Its only been a few months and I cant find it. Even some I had downloaded earlier are there and some from the last couple months are gone.

Can I get these back?
