Missing items following purchase of FIFA 16 Super Deluxe Edition Pre-Order version

Pre-ordered so called "FIFA 16 Super Deluxe Edition" but FUT players and celebrations not provided.

Looked forward to take advantage of pre-order super deluxe version but WHAT A LET DOWN!!!!!

This happened to me in Fifa 14 and 15. 3rd time in a row. Looks like I'm not going to recommend Xbox and Fifa (or EA sports for that matter) no more.

I bought fifa 17 super deluxe edition and did not get the 8000 fifa points included.

Sorry to hear that the pre-order items are missing! I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted:

• First, Remove your account from your Xbox One console.
  
• After you have removed your account, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console has powered off, wait a few minutes and then power on your console.
  
• Download your
  account to your Xbox One console.
• After you have downloaded your profile, launch FIFA 15 and check to see if you are able to access the pre-order add-on content.

How many troubleshooting actions do you need? It is obviously you guys are not equip to deliver items as promised. 3 years in a roll and you continue to fail to deliver. What a joke.
