    I bought the taken King for Xbox one and don't receive the spark of light that is used to boost my character to 25.

    I bought the halo4 console from gamestop and just now figured out that it was supposed to come with some codes for stuff I never recieved those codes with the game

    This actually got the missing Spark of Light issue resolved. After reinstalling the game, rebooted the console then went back to Games and Apps. Selected the game to show the game options, and it showed install add-on. Installed the add-on.

    Had the game started and it now had the Spark of Light on it.

    Hi there,

    I don't know the answer for the Diablo 3 question, but regarding the Report a Problem option.

    Is your console enrolled in the Xbox Insider Program, if it isn't then that might be the cause of not seeing the Report a Problem option when holding the Home button on the controller.

    A Halo 4 console from gamestop would have been used, as I havent seen them in stock on their site in quite some time. Ifit was new you should contact them about the missing codes

    . I'm sorry to hear that you are missing the TOTW 1 Ultimate Team Player Item from your EAFC 24 preorder. Please follow these steps to check if you have received the item:

    - Go to your Xbox dashboard and select My games & apps.

    - Find EAFC 24 and press the Menu button on your controller.

    - Select Manage game & add-ons and then Ready to install.

    - Look for the TOTW 1 Ultimate Team Player Item and select Install.

    If you don't see the item in the Ready to install section, please try restarting your console and checking again.
