Missing Inside Xbox Mixer Rewards March 10

Hi there,

I was advised by support to post here if I had not received my rewards for watching the Inside Xbox Stream on March 10. I watched via the app on my iPhone signed into my Xbox account but haven't received anything as yet...

Missing Mixpot Rewards

I watched the march 10th Inside Xbox stream on Mixer, but never recieved the Mixpot Rewards. I was really looking forward to that Flintlock skin for Sea of Thieves too. I've checked my purchase history & everything.

Hello JongleurStones,

We were able to determined that you are not eligible for the rewards because you created your Mixer account pass the date of the event. The event started on 8/21/18 and in order to be eligible for the mixpot you must have a gamertag and a Mixer account created
before the event that's attached to the gamertag.

That isn't true. At all.

I have my Mixer account since months. I even got the previous Mixer Sea of Thieves reward, the Ebony flintlock, back in March.

While reviewing your purchases, we see that you were not properly awarded completion of FREE pass in March from FREEdom Rewards. Apologies for the inconvenience. We will adjust your account for that offer, and you should see that pending by the end of next
week. However, in regards to your other purchases, keep in mind that as stated From our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We only recently calculated the month's MyVIP, so those Credits are only pending now.
