Missing Indie Games that I have paid for

Hi could anyone advise me? I have just come back to Xbox 360 after a bit of an absence and I have been downloading all my games, but I noticed a few were missing from my download history, Smooth operators and white noise it says I have to buy them again
I bought them over a year ago on the points system, I have tried looking on microsoft commerce but it cannot show them due to being bought over a year ago on the points system, so could anyone guide me what to do to get these games back please? To be honest
there could be more as I bought quite a few indie games in the past and I have lost track but these are just the ones I remember.

I too, am infuriated with such a feature. I buy mostly indie games because I enjoy supporting independent developers and the like. You'd think that after you had already PAID for the game, you'd get to play it when ever, with connection or not. I have a
terrible connection and love my indie games, but it just kills me when I have a bad connection day and want to play an indie game.

Project Spark and Indie Development on the X1...

Was just thinking that with the ability to create your own games and even recreate games that are out there what use would MS have for Indie developers? If Project Spark delivers on what we have seen and games that have been created are free aren't we the
players in essence an Indie developer that doesn't get paid for our creations?

They should be in your download history no matter what the change. If they are not there, perhaps the games were purchased on a separate account. You should check other accounts that you own or may have on your console.

That was that indie game yeah? It looked really good but I never played it. I miss those games.

Here in Australia we often miss out on the Indy games.

I'd build a PC. I miss PC gaming anyways with all the fan made mods and indie games.
