missing hitman add ons

Hi guys.. i have been referred here by a MS chat support operator..



first off my problem relates to a different xbox live account, but if i use that account to sign in here all i see is 404 pages..

i suppose its possible that thats actually related to my problem.

i would prefer not to post the e-mail account attached to my main account, but the gamer tag is pansweed and the order number is [Mod Removed]

so now here is my issue..



i ordered HITMAN The Full Experience ages ago but as yet i havent recieved the codes to get the add ons:

Public Enemy suit?

Isn't it ridiculous that Hitman avatar items are more expensive than actual add-ons?

Go to your download history and the add ons should still be there for you to download.

Please don't post your order number here on the chat. No one else can check that and its a bit of a sensitive information so please don't casually give them to others.

With regards to the add-ons. If you pre-ordered the game digitally, you should be able to download them once they are available. As per information released on the web, other add-ons are released periodically starting last April. So what I can suggest to
try right now would be to go to your console and hover to the game and press the menu button. Then choose Manage Game. From there, on the right side, you should see all available add-ons to download. If those items that you're looking shows there then you
should then be able to download them. No need for a code of some sort.

 

I didn't really have a choice but to post the order number. because the affected account can't log on to the forum (for which Microsoft's chat supports suggestion is, as usual, to post a message on the forum!) this seemed like the only way to possibly get
a decision maker to look at my account, which has a serious deep down problem that the support chat bods can't fix.
