Missing helix credits

Hi 2 days ago I bought 2 small helix credits packs for AC Unity. How long should it take for them to show in the game, as neither have come through and both payments have been taken out?

With issues like these, we recommend you to Check your Xbox purchase history | Xbox Support just to make sure that the purchase went through your account. If that's the case, please try removing your account and re-add it back then check your hilex. If the issue persist, please get in touch with our live support as they will be able to check your account from their end.

his is preventing purchases.

Also I purchase weapons, unequip them an they require I repurchase them..

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

First, make sure that it was purchased under the correct account. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game order from there stated as "completed".

Once confirmed, for cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.
