Missing hardware

Hello, i had to send my series X back for repair as it was defective the day i got it on release day. Unfortunately whoever repaired it did NOT Place my controller, hdmi, and power cords back inside the box when they shipped it back to me. I literally
cannot play it and im beyond frustrated. This is ridiculous. Trying to het ahold of you guys is almost impossible please help. Ive never had such an issue before. How do i get half my stuff back?

You can try requesting a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us (If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do).

Typically if they notice it and send it back, it can take a couple of weeks, but the instructions for sending consoles in for repair do say to only send the console and nothing else as nothing else is guaranteed to be returned.

I think the only thing missing from the OP list is 'increased price of games and hardware'.

Call you ISP and get them to look at your connection and hardware remotely. They might help you with the network hardware settings that may be missing after you factory reset it.

Usually all that's required with network hardware is a power cycle to reconnect to your ISP and the XBLive.

I will miss some of the exclusive though. I wish they would've kept it like the 360, but just upgraded the hardware.

I would love to have an actual 100% flawless Xbox 360 emulator on the Xbox One, but sadly the results of getting new hardware to compensate for missing hardware usually doesn't end well.
