    Missing Halo Wars Definitive Edition


    Pre Ordered the ultimate edition of Halo Wars 2 and was never issued a game code despite the Microsoft store saying that I already own this product.

    *Was directed here by support rep with the hopes of getting a code for the game.

    I purchased the halo wars 2 ultimate edition pre paid code. My bundle downloaded everything except halo wars de. Am also wondering how to solve this issue?

    Lies, lies... and horrible customer service...

    To jump in on what Miss Bijoux is saying, the description of
    Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition     also clearly states that it can take 7-10 days before you get your code after pre-ordering (emphasis my own below). Sometimes you'll notice that there's a delay, but they tend to be really good about sending those out. Phone
    and chat cannot help you until you've waited that time frame because it's a legal thing. Also, note that Halo Wars Definitive Edition
    only comes with the Ultimate Edition pre-order, not the regular pre-order.

    *Pre-order the Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition and receive Halo Wars: Definitive Edition.
    The codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days from pre-order, beginning December 20, 2016.
    However, please do post back with what Miss Bijoux is looking for. She can definitely help you out, or at least get your situation sorted. :3
