    Missing Halo Wars Definitive Edition Code.


    Hi, I recently contacted live support to question if it was possible to get the Halo wars: Definitive edition as the game was purchased on the 14th, and I haven't received the code yet.

    Xbox Support has validated that no code was showing in your account.

    The purchase title was Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition - Pre-Order

    Any help is appreciated

    To jump in on what Miss Bijoux is saying, the description of
    Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition     also clearly states that it can take 7-10 days before you get your code after pre-ordering (emphasis my own below). Sometimes you'll notice that there's a delay, but they tend to be really good about sending those out. Phone
    and chat cannot help you until you've waited that time frame because it's a legal thing. Also, note that Halo Wars Definitive Edition
    only comes with the Ultimate Edition pre-order, not the regular pre-order.
