Missing Halo DE Code

I preordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate edition from Amazon, but they didn't send me an early access code for Halo Wars the Definitive Edition. I contacted their support team and they told me I needed to contact you in order to get one.

Missing Halo Wars DE code

I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition on December 19th and still have not received my Halo Wars DE code. I was told everyone who pre-ordered before Dec 20th should have received their code already and if they havent to contact support.

Hey spark, thanks for the extra information. As you pre-ordered a physical edition of the game, the code for the Definitive Edition of Halo Wars will be included with your copy of Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition. Codes are only sent out for digital pre-orders.

Hey there -

According to the
Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition Pre-Order page:

The codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days from pre-order, beginning December 20, 2016

So if you don't have your code by December 30, 2016, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll look into it then.

When did you redeem the code provided by Amazon? Once you redeem the code for Halo Wars 2, you should receive a code for Halo Wars DE within 7-10 days.
