    Missing Halo 5 HCS Voices of War Mixpot


    Hello there,

    I was directed here by Xbox Support as they said you'd be able to help me in obtaining the mixpot reward for watching the HCS finals? I watched the entire event and I've still yet to see it in my unopened req packs or in notifications and its nearly been
    a week?

    Is there any way you'd be able to either double check its registering my account as being eligible to recieve this or manually gift the mixpot?

    Hi again,

    Apologies for jumping the gun by a day, I was just beginning to get concerned as I had heard most people had recieved their mixpot by the 21st. However it's now the 23rd and I've still not recieved the MixPot Missing Halo 5 HCS Voices of War Mixpot :(.

    I thought for sure I wouldn't have this problem as I was signed into Mixer with my Microsoft account and also watched the entire stream, start to finish. I even used another device when eating my dinner so I wouldn't miss it.

    Any chance you'd be able to look into this for me?

    I don't mean to bump/be impatient but I've seen quite a few people post a day or two after me and have their mixpot sent to their account; would someone be able to do this for me?
