    ive been talking to xbox support for 4 days now trying to get my 2 million dollars in grand theft auto online currency that i never received a code for. Every time i have gotten a different answer but tonight the girl told me to post in the forum, even though
    last time i did this i was told to request a call from support.

    I PRE ORDERED THE ULTIMATE EDITION OF RED DEAD REDEMPTION 2 via digital download, and it states in the bundle i shouldve recieved a code for 2 million in gta online in my xbox messages. I never received this code can anyone please help me receive the money
    im owed!?!?

    Money bonus from rdr 2 pre-order is in Xbox Live message. Check in your Xbox in Xbox Live message in Message column.

    Just double check that you are checking the messages of the account that you used to make the purchase.

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing wit this issue.

    I could imagine how that could be frustrating.

    Seeing as you're missing in add-on game content, I'd check out our support page entitled

    Find your games and add-ons on Xbox One     and see if any of the steps outlined there help populate your content.

    If that does not help so much, then I would probably do what Geth suggested. It's the link for Rockstar support.

    Rockstar made both games and are responsible for any in-game content populating with your account.

    When you get a chance, try those steps out and let us know how they helped resolve the problem.
