    Missing GoW codes from GoW ultimate edition


    So I'm making another post about this because the first one got buried by other posts. But basically I purchased the GoW ultimate edition with my Xbox one and it is supposed to come with the other GoW games and I'm supposed to get the codes for those through
    a message on my Xbox one, but I never got my messages for the game codes. Again my brother had the same problem and said that you guys could help me. If you guys could help me get these games I would vary much appreciate it Missing GoW codes from GoW ultimate edition :)

    Code can not be reddemed

    Dear,

    I bought GoW Ultimate Edition (Disc), and I can not redeem the GoW 3 code. Other codes work.

    This is the error code: 0x80150017

    Please help me, I can play other games (GoW 2, GoW Judgment) but not GoW 3.

    Did not receive gears of war ultimate edition codes

    So I purchased GOW Ultimate edition when it was released last year and never got my GOW 2-3 codes.

    After further investigation, we've determined that you are not eligible for the promotion for one of these following reasons:

    • You must have played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition while connected to Xbox Live before Dec. 31st 2015. If you played after that date, you will not qualify for this offer.
    • If you are located in Japan, Germany, or China, you do not qualify for this promotion. Additionally, if you are located in a non Xbox Live supported region, you will not qualify. For a list of supported Xbox Live regions, please check our Xbox
      Live Countries       page.
    • If you are under the age of 17 or have set your birth date incorrectly on your account (Example: December 12th 1899), you will not qualify for this offer. Your account must be set up correctly to reflect your accurate birth date. To check the birth
      date on your account, head over to your Personal Info page on your account. Changing the birth date on your account using the site above does not change your Xbox Live account's

    BTW, support actually wanted me to now go buy GOW 4 Ultimate Edition to get the codes I was supposed to get with GOW Ultimate 2015. What then, wait 10 more months and then buy GOW 5?

    Xbox One Black Friday bundle

    There should have been a pamphlet with GOW on the cover. On the back you'll need to scratch off the code for the GOW Ultimate Edition version. Input that code in the Xbox store and it'll download.
