Missing gold tab on homescreen

For some reason my xbox one isnt showing the tab for deals/games with gold. I tried everything i could think off.... switching home xbox settings... refreshing home screen... resetting xbox... even reinstalled the whole thing. The system does recognize
my gold status bcus when i searched for games in the market i could still get tje deals on it. And i could download and play the ganes with gold games. Also i know where the tab ia supposed to be but its just not showing up.... instead i keep having this tab
saying i need to buy gold. I have gold already.... whats going on here and how do i fix this...

May I suggest that you double check the status of your account at "Xbox subscriptions" and or "Check
your Xbox purchase history" . Regardless of anyone's status, you can always check out the "Deals with Gold" . Let us know if your Xbox Live Gold account is current and up-to-date, but
continue issues with it.

Your account is currently showing as Silver. Perhaps your Gold membership lapsed and you weren't aware of it. Once you renew your Gold membership you should have access to all features again.

 

Its not a silver account.... and the xbox recognizes it as gold too

Bcus i can acces all the gold features as well

And it gives me all the gold discounts if i manualy search for the games

Just the gold tab is missing

And my gold doesnt expire till next month

 

Well, as I said, the account you're posting with is showing as Silver. If you believe that it should still be Gold and you are still able to access Gold items then you'll need to contact phone support for more assistance as only they will be able to figure
out what is happening here.
