Missing Gold Quest for August 14 – August 27 and Game Pass Quest Reward for September

Completed both quests in the allotted time, the tracker shows them complete, but here it is halfway through November and I still don't have either. I let my Game Pass subscription lapse because of this nonsense. Why pay for something that claims to reward
me for doing something, when in actuality it's all lies?

Hey Mister Beep!!!!! (or any of the "miss" or "mister" mods) you still here? I didn't get my rewards from the xbox summer edition quests!

I just now realized that the mods who deal with quest rewards always have
mister or miss in their names. I remember "mister beep" helped me last year with a similar xbox quest issue. But all the "mister" and "miss" mods have been missing ever since this terrible upgrade to the forums. Could one of you regular
mods contact one of the "miss"/mister mods and send them here to help me?

July 17 – July 30


Complete both these Quests to get a mystery prize and the chance to win a 24k gold plated Xbox One X Project Scorpio.

Quest 1: Earn 6 achievements in any two July Games with Gold from July 17-23

Quest 2: Play 60 minutes of multiplayer every day from July 24-30

July 31 – August 13

Complete both these Quests to get a mystery prize and the chance to win a 24k gold plated Xbox One X Project Scorpio.

Quest 1: Log into your console everyday now, - august 6.

Quest 2: increase your gamer score by 400 points from august 7 - 13.

August 14 – August 27

Complete both these Quests to get a mystery prize and the chance to win a 24k gold plated Xbox One X Project Scorpio.

Quest 1: Play 30 minutes of multiplayer every day by August 20.

Quest 2: Get seven new achievements from August 21-27.

As you can see, it's past the time for me to have received a prize and I still haven't got it.

 

Game Pass Summer Quest - No Rewards?

When I completed the Game Pass Summer Quest near the start of August, I figured I'd get the reward (The Division: Survival DLC) in September, as it said, "the following month". We're now nearing the end of the month and I still have yet to receive my code.

My game pass was suspended (couldn't pay) for most of September, so maybe that's why? Would a suspension like that prevent me from getting the game pass quest code?

We understand it can be frustrating when you work hard on the quest of the month and it doesn't provide the reward
right away. I would recommend reporting it to our Microsoft Rewards Team at:

It has absolutely nothing to do with Microsoft Rewards. Every person who contacts them about it gets the runaround. Nobody knows anything. Including you apparently.
