Missing Gold/Game Pass Quest Rewards

Hello, I have been trying to contact someone from support about missing Xbox Gold/Game Pass Quest Rewards for the months of Jan. Mar. and Apr.. My gamertag is . I have contacted both Xbox Support and Microsoft Rewards support, and I keep getting
told to keep posting in the forums as this is the ONLY contact that is to be had from consumer to support. If someone could assist me, as this is now my third month of trying to get some assistance with this issue. Thank you!

Never received January 2018 Xbox Quest reward.

I'm missing my reward from January too. I only received my reward from the Game Pass Quest from January.

 

Haven't received my January Xbox Quests Reqard

I got my reward for Game Pass quest but not Gold quest yet.

 

Sorry to hear it. However, you were misinformed. There is no one in the forums that can help with this issue. Please continue contacting Microsoft Rewards Support about this issue. If necessary, you can always request to have the issue escalated.

 

Quests are not part of the Rewards program so Rewards support cannot assist. They are an Xbox promotion. This is supposed to be the correct forum for promotional issues, but support has not been posting here for a couple of months.

 

When I speak with Microsoft Rewards, they tell me to speak with Xbox Live Support, inwhich they tell me to post on this forum. Spoke with someone via telephone, explained the situation, and all I got told was, Xbox Live Rewards doesn't exist anymore and
he did not have access to look up if it is true that I did complete the quests for the months I am speaking about. With that policy there was nothing he could do to either help me or even say, hey man, three months, here is a bone for going through so many
issues. And then said unless someone on the forums here can help me, I am completely out of luck.

 

Does anyone have some type of direct contact? I tried explaining the fact that no one from support is monitoring the forums, and I was basically told tough luck.

 

I'm trying to pass it along. Hopefully it'll do something.

After that he did not take just one month

As you have setup your account to buy a 3month access for 9.99 your account will extend with that amount aswell.

If you want a monthly fee you need to end the current subscription and add a monthly instead.

I had this issue for about a month. I wasn't getting credit for completing the quests. I contacted Microsoft Rewards support and they were able to get the issue resolved. They are the only ones that can help with the Rewards program.

Sadly we cant help with awarding points on these forums. You are going to need to reach out to MS Customer Support, I would recommend speaking with their chat support, they have always been pretty good when I have contacted them.
