Missing Gold and Gamepass quests

Are you able to confirm the purchase for the subscription on your account?

View your Xbox purchase history on your Xbox One console

1. To view your purchases, press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   
2. Go to Settings > Xbox Assist > Help.
   
3. Select Purchases & downloads > Purchases >
   How to get purchase history.
4. Select Order history to view your purchases.

Hi there, yes my Gold and Gamepass subscriptions both show in my history and under my subscriptions. Additionally the main functionality for Gold and Gamepass does work. I am able to download the free Gold and Gamepass games, see the Gold pricing for sales
and also see the discounted price for Gamepass games.

Here is the issue, it appears that there is some link broken between the promotions for my account.

The Xbox console Gold section will show me the free games for the month on the left, but on the right were Features are it shows the default tiles like someone who does not have Gold.

On the website xboxliveoffers.com, when I am signed in it says I am ineligible for the promo and shows links to sign up for Gold and Gamepass.

Hi, yes they are both active well into 2019. I ran through a bunch of steps with support including removing and readding the account. The issue shows up both on the console and on the website. I uploaded screenshots for the tech with a link they provided.
Notes should be under my account.

If you haven't already, I recommend submitting a support request form to Microsoft Rewards Customer Support. They are the best department to look into your eligibility and provide you with the rewards from the quests. I've seen others with similar issues
get sorted out by this support form.

Tried the link and was told to contact Xbox support since it's an Xbox issue : / . Also tried phoning support and they said to post on here since it was not an Xbox specific issue. Guess i'm out of options now.

Sounds like Customer Support needs to troubleshoot your subscriptions on your account to help re-link and activate all features. Please

contact Customer Support for further assistance with the subscription on the account. Unfortunately,
here in forums we do not have the tools appropriated to help assist with Microsoft Accounts, Subscriptions, and Billing Issues.

Started out there, opened support chat under the accounts category and spent over an hour with them. End result was them providing a link sending me here and closing the ticket. Said notes were added to the account : / . Guess I'll try again later on....at
this point I just don't care anymore.

Oh I will add that a few months ago I did change the primary alias email address for my account and I think that's around when I started noticing issue with my account. Before I would also see odd things on the dashboard like promos for people to sign up
to Gamepass at a promo price and when I'd click through it would just show the regular price.

I had to change my primary alias email because I was having a problem with Office 365 subscription only applying the Outlook premium features to addresses with @outlook.com, my original address was @live.ca.
