Missing 'Go West for rewards' completion rewards points

Hello,

Last month (March 2018) I participated in the "Go West for Rewards" mission, and completed all 4 challenges, however only recieved points and marked completion for Level 1 and 2, with level 3 and 4 remaining unlocked and unrewarded in spite of my completion.

For reference Level 3 was for completing 5 achievements in game(s) purchased as part of level 1 before March 31st, which I accomplished in the purchased games 'Fe' and 'The Witness'. Then level 4 was completing the other levels, which also would have been
achieved if the system registered that I completed level 3, which didn't happen despite criteria being met, so by effect it was also completed, but unregistered and rewarded. I simply wish for the 10000 rewards points that would have been achieved had the
system registered the missions correctly.

Go West for Rewards

Hello liljrSanchez,

As long as the item you purchase is on the eligibility list for this offer listed in the FAQ (Xbox Live Rewards), it will qualify for the offer. You can mix video and video game purchases
to complete the offer, and rental spending will count towards your spending toward the offer.

Go West for Rewards

So I've spent a total of $29.78 of qualifying content and short less than a $1 to complete the requirements. My question is, can I rent a movie or TV show worth $1 and still qualify for the $30 spent?

Thank you for the detailed report. We apologize for the inconvenience. There was an issue with achievements that was recently resolved. We see that the Credits for that part of the offer are now pending in your account. You should see the bonus completion
Credits shortly, after our system has time to process the completion of this achievement part of the offer. This should only take an additional 24-48 hours.

Avatar purchases do not go towards level 1. They are a separate level:

Level 2: Stop by an Outpost - Earn 1,000 Rewards Credits for spending at least $2 before tax on Western-themed avatar items from the Microsoft Store.

As stated in the FAQ, Hit The Trail is only for Games and Video purchases:

Level 1: Hit the Trail (UNLOCKS LEVEL 3) - Earn 4,000 Rewards Credits for spending at least $30 before tax on eligible games like Red Dead Redemption, Call of Juarez Gunslinger, and Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain; and Western-themed movies and TV shows
like 3:10 to Yuma, True Grit, Westworld, Deadwood, and Longmire from the Microsoft Store.

if you do the quests but don't receive the reward points go to https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/ scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link to Contact Microsoft
Rewards Support.

that will open a support ticket where you can give details of the quests you have completed and the amount of points missing

put in the details about the quest you completed and the points you are missing and they will sort it out.

From the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Those Credits are now pending in your account.
