Missing Gift Code with my game bundle.

Transformers: Devastation for Xbox One so i bought this game during black friday and it comes with a $10 gift code which i havent got it. I also purchased 5 other games and xbox one bundle. However, with the other items I have already received all the
gift codes just missing this one.

Expired code received with Xbox One Purchase

Hello,

I received a $25 gift code with an Xbox One bundle purchase a while ago a gift for my little brother. Part of the bundle was that I received a $25 gift code with the purchase. I didn't realize the code would expire as it was something I paid for and was
wondering if there was anyway to get it reactivated. Any help would be appreciated.

No Code for Rainbow Six Siege or Gift Code from Bundle

Bought the FIFA 17 bundle recently, which came with the console, FIFA, 14 days of Xbox Live, 1 month EA Access, a Choose your own game (Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege was my selection) and a $25 Microsoft Store Gift Code.

I have not received my game code for Rainbow Six Siege or my gift code yet.

You can definitely use bundled codes with other consoles. I bought my Unity code off of some kid who had received the bundle as a gift and didn't want the games. The code worked fine on my console.

Please check the bottom of the box. There probably should be a black envelope with a set of codes (like game pass trial or even Gold trials, depending on the bundle).

If the code is missing from the bundle, you'll have to contact the store where you bought the bundle from.

Should that not resolve your issue, please create a new thread for your own, as this original thread is rather old.

Sorry to hear about the issue! Just to clarify, are you missing the code for the Halo 5 game or a different code that was included in the bundle? If you are missing the code for Halo 5 that should have been included in the bundle, you will need to reach
out to the original purchase retailer. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide replacement codes for games included with bundles here in the Support Forums.

When Fifa part of the bundle then it must be a card with the code in the box.

If the code is missing then the bundle was opened.

MS dose not preload games to consoles. Only nintendo does.
