Missing Ghostbusters free movie token

I purchased the Ghostbusters game and movie bundle. I received the game without issue. The movie is now available but it is requiring I pay for it. I have checked my email and Xbox messages for a token or code. I was not able to find anything. How can we
fix this?

I do not remember the date of purchase. Is there a way to pull up my purchase history on my Xbox One?

I bought the Ghostbusters Ultimate Game and Movie Bundle Back in July. I sadly have not received my ghostbusters 2016 movie code yet. It said i would get it a week before the release date and the movie releases Tuesday September 27th

Hey, Chillin Chilean! Sorry for any confusion, however the promotion states that it's within one week of the digital release; this means the week after the movie is released you should receive these tokens. I understand the confusion around the wording,
though.

Ditto to the above, I bought the Ghostbuster Game and Movie Bundle July 11th, Have the receipt but I have not seen the code to redeem for the Movie yet, which was promised to Arrive before the movie came out. Movie is out, No Code.
