    Missing Gems


    I recently reviewed the process for receiving gems and I believe I am quite a bit short on my total. For reaching the top achievement tier, I should have been awarded a total of 1000 (across all tier rewards). I'm not sure if I've missed any other +1 or
    +2s from earning extra Gamerscore or anything. If it was 2 points per 1000 Gamerscore, that would be another 380 or so. It is also difficult to track gems earned for spending money on the marketplace.

    Currently, my total is in the 800-900 range. Can I get a review of my account and any missing Gems awarded?

    Support will double check for any missing gems, but keep in mind that gems just started on October 1, 2017 so you would not have earned gems for anything done prior to that date.

    760 Gems are missing

    Hello TH0M4S B4NG,

    We do not see any Gems missing. You may be confused since you spent 750 Gems on Vault Credits. You can see these records on your MyRewards page in the Gem statement.

    Keep in mind that gems just started on October 1 so you would not have been awarded for anything done prior to that date.

    People could have reached different achievement levels since gems started, earned them from other offers, etc.

    Hello VexxWARE,

    Since Gems were only created in October, activity done before that could not have been awarded Gems before they existed. After user feedback, Overlords prior to October were awarded for completion of that tier. You have 6 Gems from surveys, 10 from the Prospector
    MyChallenge, 100 from the Golden Child MyChallenge, 5 from YOLO Rewards, 500 from Overlord, and the remaining 250 Gems are from your spending.
